The Community Exchange Program

Financial barriers are structural, not personal.

If the only thing standing between you and getting your books handled is upfront cost, this program is for you.

Community Exchange Program

For when you’re ready for monthly bookkeeping, but the catch up investment is a barrier

Inspired by mutual aid principles

  • Path 1: Direct Exchange

You provide services I need for my business (branding, copywriting, website work, photography, etc.), and I catch up your books in exchange. After catch-up, you commit to 12 months of paid monthly bookkeeping at regular rates.

    Path 2: Community-Centered Exchange

You serve communities facing barriers through your work. Instead of paying me directly for catch-up, you provide equivalent-value services (sliding scale sessions, pro-bono work, free workshops, etc.) to people in your community. After catch-up, you commit to 12 months of paid monthly bookkeeping.

This program creates more accessible services in our community, bookkeeping for you, and your services for community members who need them.

    Both paths require:

Commitment to 12 months of ongoing monthly bookkeeping (starting at $400/month) after catch-up

Service-based businesses ready to maintain their books going forward

This keeps the program sustainable for me and ensures it’s a true partnership.

  • → Free work without mutual benefit

→ One-time catch up with no ongoing relationship

→ Businesses planning to DIY after catch up

Building financial access through creative exchange

Due to the nature of this program, availability is limited

I recognize that this program isn't accessible for everyone, it requires time investment and opportunity cost that not all businesses can afford.
